Scarecrow Trail Logo

Wrenbury Scarecrow Trail and the associated Summer Fayre are now well-established as the high point of the village calendar.

The trail is organised by The Friends of Wrenbury School, and has grown from an impromptu Millenium celebration to a major event attracting many thousands of visitors.

Centred on the first full weekend in July, the principal attractions are of course the scarecrows themselves, with around a hundred or more appearing each year. However, the School Summer Fayre on the Saturday and the Car Boot Sale on Sunday provide increasingly varied activities for all age ranges, and a number of other events also take place over the same weekend.

Make sure you note the weekend of 4/5 July in your diary now! If you can't make it over that weekend, we will still be delighted to see you, as the scarecrows are planned to be up from 28th June to 11th July.
